SHIPPING & HANDLING
All prices in this shop are including shipping! We ship everywhere – worldwide. Packages can be sent to the same address as your billing address or to another address. Select address during check out. Orders over €35/$45 will be sent by Fedex. You will get a tracking number via e-mail that can be used to track your order. Delivery with Fedex is between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. Orders under €35/$45 are shipped by Posten (Swedish postal service) without tracking numbers. Orders to Sweden are shipped by DHL.

ORDERS
In placing an order from this site you warrant that you are over the age of 18, that you have the authority to place the order and that you have provided Fine Little Day with accurate and complete information. If you are below the age of 18 you may only use the site under the supervision and authority of a parent or other responsible guardian. If an Item is out of stock, you will be notified via e-mail that the item cannot be shipped and you will be refunded. 

PRODUCTS 
The selection of products on the site will change continuously. The availability of product at any one time does not guarantee it´s future availability. 

DELIVERY
Ordered items will be shipped within 4 buisness days (if nothing else is stated in the product's information text). Incorrect personal details may lead to delays in delivery, so please ensure that you have included full address details before placing your order.

Fedex will deliver 8 am-5 pm so if you are not at home at these hours, you might want to consider your work address as your delivery address.

PRICES
All prices in the shop are including shipping and Swedish VAT (25%). Residents outside of the EU can make purchases excluding VAT. The tax will automatically be reduced at checkout. Please note that the recipient of any products shipped outside the European Union may also have to pay import duty or other taxes, fees and charges applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. If you are unsure about whether these charges might apply to your order or if you have any questions regarding this, you should contact your local tax or customs authorities.

PAYMENT
Choose to pay by credit card or by PayPal's payment system.

PAYPAL
You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase via the same. You can pay as a PayPal guest. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it. There's no charge to open a PayPal account. There is also no charge to purchase items using PayPal. 

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT
Card transactions go through Auriga. Your card details are confidential, encrypted, and can not be read by anyone other than your bank. There is no extra charge for card payments. Your account will not be charged until you have completed the checkout process. 

SECURITY & PRIVACY 
All card transactions are sent via SSL are encrypted to protect the security of your online order information. Customer information is kept confidential and will not be shared with anyone outside Fine Little Day. 

Paypal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return the item(s) within 14 days of delivery. All returns/exchanges must be in new, unused condition. The return shipping cost is paid by the customer.

FAILED DELIVERY
If you are not avilable at the address you stated when ordering Fedex will try to reach you to deliver another day. If Fedex don't get any response (within 5 days) the package will be returned to us. Shipment and handling of return will then be charged the costumer €35 / $46

VINTAGE
In additon to the basic Fine Little range, the store offer a selection of vintage, second hand accessories, decorations, clothes and other items. All sales on vintage items are final, there is no refunds, credits or exchanges on these items. Please take a good look at the photographs and the describing text before you buy an item. If you have any questions or concerns about a particular item, feel free to contact us before you make your purchase.
